Hey, I'm
A backend-devops engineering student who loves building things that actually work in production. Not just on localhost. 🚀
✦ a little about me ✦
I'm a 4th-year Information Systems Engineering student at Kocaeli University with a GPA of 3.54. My main interest lies in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot. I gained hands-on experience with Linux, Nginx, and Docker, which helped me understand how to set up servers and manage containers for smoother deployments. I enjoy turning theoretical knowledge into real-world projects and am always motivated to learn new technologies in the backend and infrastructure space.
During my DevOps internship, I got hands-on with Linux servers, Nginx, and Docker. Setting up servers, configuring IPs, managing containers — I care about how software lands in the real world, not just how it runs on my machine.
I spent summer 2024 in the USA on a Work & Travel program, working daily with people from all over the world. It leveled up my English, my adaptability, and my confidence in ways no classroom ever could.
From fuzzy logic pricing engines to transformer-based image classifiers, I push myself beyond my comfort zone. I hold certificates in algorithms, OOP, and Docker — because I believe in going deep, not just wide.
My long term internship about backend development internship focused on Spring Boot. It's the next step to take everything I've built in my own projects — REST APIs, database design, service layers — and apply it in a real team environment. Really looking forward to it. 🚀
